PT. Makdis Tour is a service company that operates on Umrah travel and Major Pilgrimage service. PT. Makdis Tour guides Umrah congregations from the registration process until they finish their pilgrimage. The aim of this research was to provide easy access for the congregations in gaining registration information, registrating process, and to confirm the payment. This research also provides easy access for PT. Makdis Tour in processing Umrah congregation data. Research method used is Structured System Approach and the system development used is prototype. Supporting softwares are Macromedia Dreamweaver, XAMPP (Web Server), and Web Browser Google Chrome, with web programming languages PHP, CSS, Javascript, and MySQL database. The outcome of this research is web based umrah service information system. With this information system, congregations can access newest information on umrah regristation, online regristation, confirm the payment, and provides easy access for PT. Makdis Tour in processing congregation data to increase service quality for the congregations.
