Poverty reduction, is one of the eight target Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), which was initiated by UN member states. In fact, poverty reduction could be entrances to solve another various problems of Patient Problem of Social Prosperity (PMKS). Therefore, the role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as a means of support in addressing fundamental problems in the MDGs targets become increasingly critical. The focus of this research is to design a mobile web application for monitoring and mentoring of society empowerment program in the form of Joint Business Group (KUBE). The design of user interface display and the prototype application is presented to the user to obtain feedback.
